MYOB Posting Issue - Cloud Only

We have received a number of support tickets and emails from Partners regarding batches failing with the following error:

Response Code Error 201: UID is blank. MYOB transaction not created. Try posting again.

In most cases, re-posting the batch is successful.

At this stage, the issue appears to be isolated to MYOB Cloud environments, with Desktop environments unaffected.

Based on information from MYOB’s API status website, maintenance was carried out between 17/03/2026 and 18/03/2026. It appears that changes introduced by MYOB during this maintenance window may have impacted posting behaviour.

We are currently working on updating to our Accounting script to accommodate these changes. Unfortunately, these changes were not communicated to us in advance.

An updated Accounting script V3.76 will be published tonight. Partners should then ensure that all affected client sites are updated accordingly.
