What Fields can be shown in Specific Email Text
There maybe occasions when you wish to include some fields in the Specific Email Text when sending a document (eg: Invoice) from Ostendo via email.
All Form Names other than "Call Centre" can include any fields from the Master Query PROVIDED that field is specified on the form layout.
In the example above we have included the two Additional Fields and Total Amount Due field from the Master Query in the Report Layout (refer below)
NB: You cannot include field from any Detail Queries eg: DD_1, DD_2 etc...
Once the email is generated, it will include these field values:
