Third Party Integrations Currently in DevelopmentWe are aware that over the past few days several Partners have been requesting information on the Ostendo Forum regarding any pre-developed integrations with e-commerce solutions. We thought it would be prudent to provide an update on some development work that is currently underway. Over the past month, Development-X has been actively developing an integration between Continuum and the e-commerce platform Shopify. This integration will utilise the Continuum External API Integration Credentials, in a similar manner to how Continuum connects with external emailing services APIs. It should be noted that this development is already well progressed. In the near future we will begin inviting selected Partners and Customers who require this type of integration to participate in an initial testing phase. During this stage, the integration will be made available to a small group of participants who are willing to work closely with us during the testing process. Once the Shopify integration has been completed and released, we will then turn our attention to developing an integration with HubSpot, following a similar development and testing approach.
It should also be noted that this development work does not deviate from the current Continuum release roadmap; rather, it is intended to complement and extend the functionality of the Continuum platform. |
