Why Are Emails not showing on OC when they have been Assigned in Outlook?
If you have assigned an email in Outlook to a customer etc. in the Operations Centre but that email is not showing ensure the following:
- Ensure the outlookdata script in Ostendo has been set to 'All Users'
- Ensure your regional settings on both the Server and the client machines are set with the correct Date and Regional settings. ie: Date format must be dd/mm/yy
