Unable to Connect to API Service
This could be due to another database (usually a copy of the database) with the same Mobility Key loaded being held on another PC configured to use that machines API service
This will result in the IP address for one machine being sent to the cloud on a regular basis then being overwritten by the second machines IP address which will also be sending is own IP address information to the cloud for the same Mobility license key.
