Setting Up Tax for Wine Manufacturers In Australia For MYOB

This is an issue with the MYOB ODBC driver whereby the tax codes that make up the Consolidated Tax Code in MYOB need to be both GST type (not Sales tax types). That will then split the tax out correctly in MYOB via posting to the one Consolidated Tax Code.
