Outlook Default Times New Roman Font When Emailing from Ostendo

When emailing from Ostendo using Outlook, the Ostendo user account settings should be set to the following under File System Configuration-> User Security and Options -> User Options Tab against the user:

Email Client = Outlook

Incl Signature = ticked

When the above settings are made and a document is emailed from Ostendo, an Outlook new message screen will appear, however the first line of the body of the email will always default to Times New Roman Font. This unfortunately is a default Windows setting. The method of changing this depends upon the versions of Word and Outlook you are running. The attached instructions describe the process for amending this default font.
