Operations Centre - To Do List

There are four types of events along with their associated Follow Up dates that drive the contents of the Operations Centre To Do List. 

History Note Followup:

This event is assigned to the Ostendo User Name that created the History Note. Therefore only notes created by this user will be seen on this list.

Event Reminder:

This event is driven from an Activity Calendar event assigned to an employee. (Each Employee Master must have a 'Default User For Reminders' User Name linked to it). All events assigned to an  employee are then displayed that Ostendo Users To Do List.

Ticket Actions:

This event is driven from the Employee assigned to an 'Action' on a Call Ticket. This assignment is on the 'Action Information' tab of the Call Ticket. As above the employee must be linked to an Ostendo User Name in order to appear on that users To Do List.

Sales / Job Quote Followup:

If 'Quote Followup Required' is set on either Job or Sales Settings along with a 'Followup Days From Quote Date', this will generate a To Do List entry for the Sales Person on that Job / Sales Quote  the nominated number of days set in advance of the Quote Expiry Date. As above, the Sales Person employee must be linked to an Ostendo User Name in order to appear on that users To Do List.
