NetTests fail when communicating with ports on server

NetTests fail when communicating with ports on server

Ensure the following Server ports have Window Firewall Exceptions set:

  1. Port 3050 (Required for Firebird)
  2. 4380 (Required by Ostendo) are open on the firewall.
