Incorrect Supply and / or Demand Qtys showing on the Inventory Availability Screen

Sometime ago (prior to Update 121) the Demand and Supply qtys for some items were displayed incorrectly. This was caused if the user saved an item on a Purchase Order, Sales Order or Assembly Order Line, and then changed that Item to another.

A script was developed to re-calculate these qtys, both at a Company level as well as a Site level.

After testing this script we have established that if the PO, SO or AO does not have a Site Name on the Header, that the script ignores it. All these records should have a Site name on them. Therefore we suggest you turn on 'Allow Site Change' for say the Admin user, then log on and filter the PO list grid to show PO's where the Site name is blank. Then go into the header on each PO and select the Default Site Name (Same as on the Company Master Settings screen). Do this for any SO's and AO's then run the script and it will now include those POs' etc.. in the re-calculation.
