Duplicate Reports in List

Duplicate Reports in List

Ostendo is duplicating all standard reports.

The customer has standard Ostendo installation and noticed that on Reports & Views developer list screen, they have two 'System' level records for each report / view.

This will have been caused by someone using the 'Import' and then pointing to the 'ReportData.dat' file within the Ostendo directory

- the simplest way to delete the duplicate reports is to query the OUTPUTMASTER table for all SYSTEM reports and sort by the sysuniqueid field (using Data Spreadsheet)

- then find the sysuniqueid for the first report duplicated and delete all reports from that sysuniqueid and greater for SYSTEM level only.

You should also be able to tell who imported the reports and what date & time
