Cannot link to Ostendo - Unable to complete network request to host "LOCALHOST"

Get this message when trying to open Ostendo


Unable to complete network request to host "LOCALHOST".

Failed to establish a connection.

The system could not find the environment option that was entered

 

This issue can be resolved by changing the IPCName value in the "firebird.conf" file and restarting firebird server.
IpcName = Global\FirebirdIPI
Windows 7 machine.
