Follow Up Information - Update 243 Article


Further to our announcement last week we have been asked by a number of Partners whether this communication can be passed onto Clients. In an answer to this we would welcome Partners passing this information onto Clients. Both feedback from Partners and Clients would be most beneficial to us at this stage.

We also wish to further elaborate on the Emailing of Reports and Linked Documents from Update 243. We will hold an 'Email Signature Template' for each Ostendo user. This will enable personalised Signatures to be embedded within emails generated when sending out Reports etc.. from that user.

Each Database will also have one 'Global Email Signature Template' which will be used when emailing batched documents eg: Batch Invoice Emailing, or Customer Statement Emailing.

As emailing will be handled from within Ostendo, all emails will have a 'noreply@DomainName' email senders address.
