Limited Help Desk support will be provided over the Christmas and New Year period between NZ 5:00pm Tuesday 23rd December 2025 until NZ 9:00am Monday 5th January 2026. In the event of a major outage or a critical event relating to an existing site, we would ask you to both create a Help Desk Ticket and also copy in Ian Flynn ian@development-x.com and Jeff Keith jeff@development-x.com by email.

This part of the office will be closed from NZ 5:00pm Tuesday 23rd December 2025 until NZ 9:00am Monday 5th January 2026. Therefore, we will not be processing licensing orders or issuing licenses during this period.
