1/5/26 - MYOB Lite and Pro

MYOB Lite and Pro We have recently received enquiries regarding whether Ostendo integrates with MYOB’s entry-level products, MYOB Lite and MYOB Pro. Initial advice from MYOB indicates that the API currently used for integration with the AccountRight suite is also supported by these products. However, there may be functional differences that could impact compatibility. We are currently assessing these differences and reviewing how they may affect the existing integration scripts designed for AccountRight. At this stage, we are unable to confirm full compatibility. Further updates will be provided once comprehensive testing has been completed across both products in conjunction with Ostendo. We will notify Partners as soon as we are in a position to provide a definitive outcome. MYOB AccountRight Desktop Only: For sites currently using MYOB AccountRight Desktop, we recommend referring your clients to the following MYOB article outlining upcoming changes to the storage of local AccountRight files: https://community.myob.com/blog/communityblog/changes-to-myob-accountright-offline-mode/912269 These changes may have implications for how offline company files are managed, so we encourage Partners to review this information and assess any potential impact on their clients’ environments.
