MYOB Cloud - Invalid Refresh Token Late yesterday afternoon we started receiving reports that the integration between Ostendo and MYOB Cloud was failing. The following message was being displayed if a connection was attempted.

We immediately investigated the potential cause of the problem and subsequently identified the cause. We communicated this through to MYOB Support with the utmost urgency. This problem is purely at the MYOB end rather than Ostendo as we have replicated the fault using independent software outside of Ostendo.
We have stressed to MYOB the importance of resolving this problem with a matter of urgency, however there is nothing further from our side than can be done to mitigate this until MYOB provide a solution to this problem.
At this stage the only immediate work around we can suggest is to bring the MYOB database back to a local environment (server) reconfigure the link to a MYOB Desktop configuration. However we appreciate this solution in itself may not be practical for a number of sites.
We will follow up this notification once we have further information from MYOB. |
