Scheduled Development-X Help Desk Migration

At 6.00pm (NZT) 12th November 2021 we will be starting the Upgrade and Migration process of the current help desk. During this time the Help Desk will be unavailable.

All tickets in the Help desk will be migrated to the new version, however throughout this process we ask that no support ticket or emails be processed to the current Help Desk. This includes tickets sent by email to partnersupport@development-x.com

We anticipate the migration process will be completed over that weekend with the upgraded Help Desk being available sometime on Monday 15th November 2021. NB: We will send a communication at that point confirming exactly when the system will be available and also provide instructions on accessing the upgraded Help Desk. 

We would ask that over this period of time, please refrain from sending or updating any current tickets. Only 'Critical' issues requiring attention over this period should be emailed to ian@development-x.com

Once you have been advised when the new system is operational, you will be free to lodge new tickets or update existing tickets.

As part of the ticket migration process, new ticket numbers will be generated in the new system, however we will be recording the originating ticket number in a cross reference field (Old Ticket ID in each new ticket. That originating number and the new ticket number will be displayed in your Help Desk Portal. After migration, we will only be referring principally to the newly assigned ticket number.
